- Payment methods
Local pick ups (Belgium – Netherlands or other close countries): deposit needed, i ask a (small) amount, depending on animals value and agreement of buyer. An animal is not reservated until i got the deposit or prove on bank transaction. Total amount needs to be paid cash or bank transaction when meeting.
International: I prefer full payment to reservate an animal. Due to some reasons i could consider a payment plan. Conditions Will be spoken with Buyer.
For international buyers payment is also possible through paypal.
- Canceling a purchase
It happens people change their minds.
If only a deposit is paid, and you want to cancel the purchase, i keep the deposit.
If you paid a full payment a ¼ amount of Total value will be hold, the other ¾ Will be refunded.
- Shipping
It’s possible to ship to many countries.
Through Europe there are several couriers who travel between countries to ship animals.
UK customers could use reptile hunters to pick up there animals here. I am not aware of price or procedure to get an animal to the UK but it’s only a matter of asking the right person.
USA customers, we have about 4 shipments a year scheduled for USA transport and animals can be taken Care for until next shipment comes closer. Price is $135-$160 and another $60+ for a second animal
It’s important we both are looking for solutions to find a courier. It’s also possible to pick up animals at Fairs like Hamm (DE) and houten (NL) show.
All animals are photographed while packed and sended to new owners before leaving. We stay in touch with every update we have on both sides. Aswell I appreciate a message when animals arrived safely at their new homes.
- Holding animals until shipment
I am fine with holding animals for a while until next shipment is coming up. For national pick up and close countries I appreciate a pick up in 2 months. For international transport i can hold animals for about 3 months. When something comes up, it’s always possible to talk about a delay.
After 3 months holding an animal, not fixed a transport yet, I am able to cancel the purchase and refund paid money.
Tail drops could happen when holding an animal. We all don’t like tail drops but sometimes these things happen. Aestheticly seen it’s never the same but this doesnt make difference on value of an animal. I don’t do any refund when this happens.
- Illness
It is always possible something comes up. An animal got sick, doesnt look good of at worse case, died. That’s why I like a good communication on both sides. As told before I take pictures of the animals while packing to make sure the buyer has prove of a healthy departing animal. Shipping or travelling is always a risk and we do all best to get the shortest way to you. Please take some quick pictures when unpacking your animal as prove on how the animal arrived. Maybe it’s dehydrated, skinny, maybe it’s just totally fine or worse case, didn’t make the trip and died. We both Will find a solution if something came up. Sadly I cant do refunds on 100% healthy animals who died at transport because something came up like delays etc..
